Way too expensive for what you get. Water leaking in ceiling due to a/c unit. was promised it'd be fixed after reporting it multiple times, still nothing. outside water spigot causes a leak in the kitchen if ran for longer than 30 seconds. a/c doesn't work for both floors, we have to run a/c on EITHER upstairs or downstairs. Oddly enough, not sure if it's legal, but if you are 5 days late on rent they will proceed with court filings to have you evicted resulting in $400 additional charges to your already super expensive rate. Location is great and it is a relatively quiet neighborhood but the units are clearly old with quick and cheap renovations to seem more appealing to the naked eyes. Once you move in you may notice after a month or two the mistake you've made.

I believe there is a lack of resident community events and also the lack of amenities! I believe management should do a survey to find out what amenities we want to see as residents

Rental rates where fair /property (lawn, etc...) always maintain in great condition by maintenance, and the office staff is very friendly and helpful.

The townhomes are new and well appointed. The staff is very responsive to any issues that arise. The location is very convenient. The community is great to walk.

Excellent new-development community. The leasing staff and support team are very friendly, the construction can be a bit much at times but with the progress they've made so quickly should be wrapped up soon. Overall great product for the price.
