Not the worst but not the best. Definitely overpriced. Ive been here for over a year and my rent went up $70 a Read Morefter my first lease was up which is ridiculous. Maintenance is great and all requests Ive submitted have been quickly handled. Office staff is friendly. The noise level is the worst thing about the apartments. You can literally almost hear your neighbors every move. Idk if the walls are too thin and old, or i just got stuck with the most inconsiderate neighbors who i believe are a part of a bowling league and they choose to practice in their apartment but either way i can hear everything they do. If you move here i recommend moving to a third floor.
