I left a message for the Apartment Manager and received a call back from someone who was not interested in assisting me. This has been ongoing since I previously lived there. The pool has been an issue for a very long time, with the complex not even allowing you to go when it's ready to be used. The location is great and the pool is great, BUT..... (fill in the rest)

You will basically have to deal with old appliances. Huge water bugs. A mouse if it rains too much. Doesnt matter if you pay your rent on time every single month if they lose your payment its your fault and you will get an eviction notice on your door. Overall, not a good place to live.

ROACHES ARE EVERYWHERE! Ive submitted complaints many times and theyve sprayed to no avail. Moved here due to hard times but Id rather be staying in a hotel. Would never wish this lifestyle on anyone! They climb over dishes, counters, ovens, tables, and they travel through the vents. Its disgusting and makes it uninhabitable. Dont move here if you have any literally any other options. Staff was rude but maintenance was always kind. Sincerely, a disgusted resident

Pineville Place staff are outstanding and professional when handling anything - I have KB and Rachel are amazing and have always helped me with all of my needs as well as the maintenance - AC was out and they were at my apartment within an hour to fix it - I would recommend Pineville Place for living were close to everything shopping malls, grocery stores, and much much more....Linda D.

Not the worst but not the best. Definitely overpriced. Ive been here for over a year and my rent went up $70 after my first lease was up which is ridiculous. Maintenance is great and all requests Ive submitted have been quickly handled. Office staff is friendly. The noise level is the worst thing about the apartments. You can literally almost hear your neighbors every move. Idk if the walls are too thin and old, or i just got stuck with the most inconsiderate neighbors who i believe are a part of a bowling league and they choose to practice in their apartment but either way i can hear everything they do. If you move here i recommend moving to a third floor.
