It had excellent managers. Now they are understaffed and the property manager isn't on the property, nor does she return calls. If you don't care about roaches, not receiving packages, or intrusive behavior without notice, this is for you! I live here for location only. If you haven't had these problems, feel blessed.

The office staff has a culture of excellance from top to bottom, the maintenance staff is very responsive and works very hard. A very nice community to live, in a great location

The area is really peaceful, its really close to the lake and any stores. Safe place to stay. People are really nice specially the leasing office team.
