I have never had an issue with any of the staff, the apartment, the building, lighting, parking or the leasing Read More agreement.
I just feel that for the price, more amenities should be available (rental price should include, water, sewer and garbage, internet, cable or something). The rent is high in comparison to other complexes and what they offer.

This has been the best apartment complex that we have ever stayed at. However, there are several things that I Read More don't like. There is a substantial rent increase every time we renew our lease, the cable television no longer comes with the rent even though it was promised to us in our lease when moved in and we still have to pay the same rent. The property itself is pretty well kept up, however, you have to watch out for dog droppings. There are a lot of pros and cons.
