    Stairs and breezeway are dirty. The buildings need power washing. They charge 100 fees for amenities, yet grounds are dirty. There is a pool guy that comes EVERY morning at 7am to clean pool area, but not the stairwells. I've had a stained roof for 3 yrs and no one seems to know how to fix it. Don't mention that your car can get towed even if you're parked legally. The towing company owner and property owners are buddies, so they help each other out. Been a resident here 5 years and this place is clearly disintegrating. Not a prime property anymore

    These apartments are amazing. We toured and based on the location, cleanliness and price it is extremely hard to beat.

    So many things in our apartment keeps breaking and maintenance is not fixing it. Our kitchen light has a short and they replaced the bulb but it is still broken. Our dishwasher was clogged and they just fixed the button/nob, but the dishwasher was still full of water. Our bathroom tub kept getting clogged and they never came to fix it because it is still getting clogged. The office staff is NOT helpful when dealing with leasing information and/or customer service. My wife and I literally waited nearly an hour for the manager to arrive back from her lunch break. Instead of calling and letting her know we needed to speak with her, the staff just let us wait. The clubhouse is not an open space you can use or rent out. The only thing useful about the clubhouse is the gym which is HORRIBLE and just sucks! I've literally seen less than 5 people use it. My wife and I are being charged for an extra month since we "failed to renew our lease in 60 days" even though they only gave us a notice in the last 30 days. SMH Don't come here unless you absolutely have to.

    A very good place to live in. It is quite and security is very good. Rooms are nice and cozy bugs free. Apartments well taken care of.
