Bugs!!! The first 2 year living year has been awesome. The first week we lived here we kept seeing spider crickets but I found a tiny hole in our spare bedroom that attached to our outside storage. Maintenance came and patched the hole and that solved that issue. 2 years go by without issues. Now let's get to this year. We started out having drain flies 8 months ago. We tried treating that to no avail. Then We got pincher bugs randomly (earwigs). Spent a good bit of money trying to get rid of them then finally contacted maintenance/front office about it. Honestly don't like bothering maintenance unless we REALLY need them. Between them, the front office, and Terminex, there has been no resolution. I am 95% positive that the bugs are coming through our shower drain. Anytime we are gone for an extended period of time, we tape the drains down to not allow the bugs to run rampant in our apartment. And every time we return there are bugs stuck under the tape. We've sent pics before and after to the front office every time. Obviously they don't want to take an extensive at our drains because it costs them money, but when we move out eventually, why would you want your new tenants to have a bug infested home. I loved this place for 2 years but this year has been a nightmare. Bugs are disgusting. I'd be more than happy to remove this review or edit it once my issue is resolved.

Would have said "excellent" a couple years ago. Management has slipped, maintenance is not what it was. Residents have more issues related to consideration, cleanliness, responsibility than previously.

I have had numerous serious maintenance issue with regard to plumbing and flooding. Management can be rude and unhelpful. I was forced to move to a different apartment and given no help or consideration.

Overall it is good. Many parts I like it, but some parts are really improveable... Like walls and ceilings really thin, you can hear everything from your neighbors. Some parts of the building really old and need to renew it (doors, windows, parts of bathrooms, etc.) The communication with the office sometime hard. They send you 10 lines letters about how important you are but if you go there to ask fixing or at least answering questions, you will experience something different... The pool was most of time closed at Summer and they close it too early (in September) The grills can not be using bec somebody made it wrong. Why did not they fix them? Now nobody can use them... So sad... :(

Office staff uncaring and not trained. If you live on bottom floor, if it rains your patio gets drowned from runoff if the 2nd floor patios. Landscaping in front ok but what you cant see from front is left to wash. Floors thin everyone someone walks upstairs sounds like they weigh 1000lbs. In Master you think the ceiling is going to fall in on you. Feels like they do as little as they can to get by. Hear more complaints from my neighbors than from anyone living in other apartment complexes. I know they are doing remodeling but if you moved in an apt that wasnt remodeled you are stuck. With paint and old carpet and painted bathtubs where paint peals. Oh well, stuck here for a while but not forever.

It used to be a decent place to live but now, they rent to thugs and there are breaking in peoples apartments and cars!!! Scary looking men and really loud music all hours of the night! There are a huge group of unsupervised young people who are disrespectful to other people in reguards to roughhousing and foul language and have no consideration for other people!!! You cant even use the pool because that is where the parents send their children to play unsupervised and they are disrespectful to grown ups!!! Im fed up and definitely moving like everyone else!!!
