Legacy at Wakefield

Literally the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in, and there's been 8 so far in my lifetime. Manageme Read Morent is awful and incompetent. The person that initially showed us the unit told us that they had Valet Waste here, instead they have one trash can all the way at the front of the complex so you are required to walk a mile, or haul trash in your car... yum. They also charge you $10 a month to haul your own trash to the dumpster. They don't have a rent DropBox so if rent's late on the 5th and the office is closed, you're screwed. There isn't enough parking for the residents since some have 3+ visitors taking over spaces. However, you can rent a garage just to have a guaranteed space but that will set you back an extra $125!? The most disorganized place I have ever seen. Asking the office staff a question is useless, they will put you on hold and ask the property manager anyways. The right-hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing and they will tell you one thing but do something completely different. Overall severely malcontent.

Responsive staff. Pleasant office personnel. Beautiful grounds and continually trying to improve on what we Read Morehave in place. Maintenance personnel are qualified for the jobs they do.

My Apartment is truly luxury style. There are many places to choose from around here including private rental Read Mores, however, none includes all the things that comes standard with this apartment.
