I gave this rating for the staff and responsiveness of maintenance. I received a call one day about a package that I had not received. Come to find out, a staff member had found it outside an apartment in a different building. They look out for me. Though a don't call that often, the Maintenance crew responds right away.

I really liked Montecito, the property was clean for the most part. Maintenance responded to issues promptly and the office staff was pleasant. The only thing that bothered me was the tenants who didn't always clean up after their pets when Montecito provided the things they needed for cleanup.

Buildings are in awful condition and while the maintenance staff is helpful, some members of the office staff are very unhelpful.

I have lived at Montecito for over 15 years and love the proximity to the beltline and other facilities.

Walls are thin and can hear through them easily...
New management seems to be better then the last. Most the nitpicking issues can be blamed on some noisy and careless neighbors. Otherwise is a nice complex. With cost of living going up however, 1K+ for a 1 bedroom that isn't as comparable to other apartment complexes you'd think you're staying in a luxury apartment suite.
