Northridge Crossings

I have lived at Northridge Crossing for going on 9 yrs, that should say a lot in itself! I really do love my apt, the rooms are much larger than usual, the closets are too and there is a spacious outside storage closet off my deck. The Maintenance team is excellent and takes care of any issues in a prompt manner, and the grounds are very well kept. There is a small but well equipped gym and a dog washing station too. The pool is large and well maintained in the summer months.There is also a car washing station with vacuum! My neighbors are friendly and I can't imagine living anywhere else!!! I highly recommend Northridge Crossings!!!

I have lived here for 2 years. It is clean, peaceful, all staff members are awesome especially Andrena Clark, from the first moment I meet her I felt at home. The maintenance staff are awesome and take care of things in a timely manner., very professional and polite great group. I love living here.

Can't tell, it's been a week and they don't respond to inquiries. Not sure if they are any better when you live there.

Nice, if you really clean it, it looks bigger, honestly its very very nice, but when shooting happened on Thursday in Oct (2023) around 6:00pm, and my two kids (9-10 year old and 16 year old) we're 15, 20, 25 feet away from it, and they ran back home and then I am started ton feel weird about northridge

I just moved here and I absolutely love it . Ms.Antoinette is sweetest person I ever met. She a very loving person and welcomes you with open arms . Thank you Ms.Antoinette for being you 💜.

I moved to North ridge Crossing 2 months ago. Upon moving in I reported a broken toilet its not been fixed yet. I have also reported a broken garbage disposal for 3 weeks staff is unresponsive. I can only use one side of my sink because pipes are broken and this is not considered an emergency. And they enter apartment without notice

I have lived here for over 3.5 years and we plan to renew for another year. No where else will you find spacious units like the ones at Northridge Crossings. I have searched everywhere and they have the best layouts. I am in a 3 bedroom unit and it is larger than most 3 bedroom starter homes. Maintenance is responsive and office staff have always been pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet which is hard to find when living in Raleigh. I feel safe at all times. I only wish the pool season followed other complexes, I feel like the pool season is too short and the pool closes at 6pm each day which doesn't give me a chance to enjoy after work with the kids during week days. I wish they would keep it open until 7pm since its still sunny at that time. But overall I recommend this complex to anyone that is looking for an apartment in the North Raleigh area for not the North Raleigh price tag!

I Love the space in the apartments. Also the peace and quite. Neighbors are nice, they speak, and also mind their business.

The apartment is very spacious and has character, not the normal "box" offered at other complexes. Maintenance services are quick and easy. The office staff is amazing. Complex feels safe and is close to everything in North Raleigh. Starting my second year here. Love it!

This is a very safe and nice complex. The area is family oriented and neighbors are super nice.

We have lived here for over a year, the neighborhood is quiet and it gives me the space I need, hugh walk in closets in all bedrooms!!! +++ The staff is A+ when I call repairs are made in a timely manner....... I highly recommend

Quiet community friendly office staff and neighborhood.

Moved here, found my upstairs neighbor beating his wife two days later and had to call the cops. Had another police incident the following day, and another a couple weeks later. Realized pretty quickly I didn't want to be here for safety concerns. Reported it to apartment management, was told they had multiple complaints about this guy prior to my wife and I moving in. A month later was told they were trying to evict him. By this time I found a house to get the heck out of here. Told the leasing agent we found a house and would be moving. Now, management says all of this is false and I'm the liar. Don't trust these people, go somewhere else.
