they have fireplaces and close to everything

I love the fact that they have enclosed patios and most of the reviews were good. I lived on that side of town a few years ago and it's close to everything, it is a quiet area. Hoping that I get the opportunity to make it my home.

Work that gets done in apts is never done but takes more time to get it done.

Above avg in: location, screened-in porch/balcony, office staff Avg benefits: dog park, maintenance, pool, business center, landscaping, flooring (mostly carpet, kitchen and bathrooms have hideous laminate floors), cabinets and countertops are also laminate material Below avg/poor: laundry facilities (washers and dryers are in HORRIBLE condition), gym (small, very few machines) Overall decent place to live if you can afford it. I've been here 2yrs but most likely won't go for a 3rd bc this rent makes it hard to save money...

Very peaceful place to live with family.

Update 4/24: Most of the issues have been addressed to our satisfaction. It took several residents leaving for things to calm down. I'm hoping that because of this the pool will be a good place for us this year. Have to wait and see. 6/23 We have had one problem after another since moving into this apartment complex. Repeated major maintenance issues that when discussed you are not made to feel comfortable. And unless you are persistent do not get corrected properly. Fights in the parking lot. Loud physical and verbal. Fights at the community pool. Children swimming without adult supervision. apartment. Initially into one of the bathrooms because a contractor had torn out the ceiling in the hvac closet which looked up to the flooring above us. Then it smelled up our entire apartment to the point that our neighbor thought it was us doing it. They repaired the ceiling somewhat but again, come home from work and the bathroom smells like pot. Never, in all the years living in apartments, have we experienced so many issues in a just 10 weeks of living some place.

Use to be really shady but I don’t know if it’s improved.

I’ve been here going on 4 years and I just love my cute little quaint apartment space. Not many apartments have a screened in balcony and wood burning fireplace. I just love it!

At first seemed great. Then sirens all the time. Kids were lighting things on fire with break ins.

I really love my apartment! Cathedral ceilings, wood burning fireplace, spacious bedrooms and laundry room, and open dining/living room plus, let’s not forget the WONDERFUL screen porch!! Definitely the most for the $ in the area!!

The people who work in the Leasing Office are very knowledgeable, kind, considerate and intelligent. Always willing to help. Maintenance workers are great also. Sometimes people say negative things after they move out because of something they did or said. Come checkout fir yourself..

I couldn't be happier! The office staff is very respectful and responsive to my needs. They keep dog treats and smiles on hand. There are 2 dog parks, my dog couldn't be more happy to go on walks, and I feel very safe in the lit parking lots at night. It is an older building, but the property management does not have any issue keeping things up to date, my tub floor broke on a friday, was patched the same day, and I had a new tub installed and bathroom painted by tuesday. The turn around was super impressive especially after dealing with slum lords, the maintenance guys really know their stuff, and contract in when needed. The grounds are beautiful maintained by the super quick landscaping crew, they come through 10 deep and are gone in a flash. I have absolutely no issues with bugs of any kind, the bug people are great, the porch is screened and foundation solid so nothing gets in. The internet is super fast, and the water is EXTREMELY HOT and lasts forever which makes me very happy. Most of my neighbors are young adults, but the walls are thick so I dont hear their music at all. Some people smoke, which I only smell outside my home, and throw trash, but the maintenance keeps a 5gallon bucket and drive around all day cleaning the property in between maintenance, having them around makes the place feel extra safe, I even fell once and a kind maintenance man came running to my aid. They are making improvements at every turn, I look forwardving here for years to come.

I love this place. Very spacious apartments and great staff. I highly recommend.

Do not ever live here they lie and they over charge not place for child to really play and they build a new DOG PARK while children have to ride they bikes and play in the parking lot while cars fly through there like they are on 401 ask current residents about this place before throwing away your money
