Quail Ridge Apartments

I lived there for 7 years and was very satisfied. The staff was professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

If an issue arises in my apartment I am completely satisfied with its resolution.

They’ve come a long way from years ago. Whenever you can come outside and feel safe because the place is well lit it’s always a plus. Upstairs laundry is a pretty stressful thing considering the elderly not wanting to attempt to wash their clothes up there because it’s a hassle getting things up there and then back down and none of the machines work. Kids are destroying them and there’s no cameras to help intimidate them from not doing it. That’s actually a problem that can’t be rectified ever

To be honest I enjoy being a tenant here, and plus it a great spot for you have food lion up Falls of Neuse, their is one going down, a wal mart, cookout, tropical smoothie, and you can get to capital quicker going up Millbrook or if you want to get to the highway well it not too far from wake Forest rd. And also this complex has a playground, swimming pool and a gym that is indoor. And it very affordable.

My time at Ouail Ridge has been nothing but awesome.Everyone that works there is absolutely very helpful.Martin is one of the nicest managers you ever want to meet.I stop by the office just to say hello to the staff sometimes.I have never ever had a problem with matanience.When I put in a request for a issue., their always there in a timely manner.You can't ask for a better staff.

I am disappointed about this quail ridge apartment, the manager Martin have secret agenda with allowing certain things to happen when it comes down to finances and moving people in and out . Do not trust the management here, they stole from me and kicked me out as if I am not a human being . The apartment haves holes where the animals go and out of and leaking sinks and windows won’t stay up ,for 1000 it not worth it . It’s still have low quality and not updated at all for the price. Be careful the management is scamming people. Also favoritism on certain woman to allow them to move in and out when they decide they don’t want to stay there no more, Martin will refund the whole month rent back to the one he favoritism (woman ) ! I was a roommate with one woman, he favorite and allowed her to move a certain way ! Stole half my rent behind my back while I was at work they change the lock while my things was in the apartment and he knew the situation but he decided to lie and steal from me .

I recently moved to NC. I am very happy to have found Quail Ridge Apartments. The leasing team offers an online application process that is smooth and efficient, which was very helpful since I applied from out-of-state. Maintenance repair was provided promptly. The apartments are located in a great community with everything nearby.

Can't say that Quail Ridge Apartments is good. The facilities aren't consistently maintained and they raise the rent without any improvements. Maintenance team is incredibly sub par unfortunately...

Today the parking lot is being re-done for the 3rd time since I've been here...why? The gym still looks terrible every time I go in there! Poor ventilation in the gym clubhouse which I would think should be priority especially with COVID still being among us. Not to mention the equipment is still out dated, not enough equipment and one of the machines doesn't work. I believe that needs more focus. Also, what happened to maintainence walking around...up and down stairs of the complex picking up trash? I walk out of my door to the stairs and there is always trash as I walk down from the day before. I often just pick it up myself.

I have been living here since October. My husband and I love it here and will be living here for a very long time.
