We stayed 3 years on this property first year management was fine and past 2 years management worst experience, Manager changes every 3 months, very careless about Tenanets. No front service , no maintenance service, issued with water Heater busted n took forever to fix issue stayed in Meldew carpet for week no other services been offered. same time upstair Tenant water Heater leaking in down stair couldn't figured out our issue and so inconvient because leak carpet meldew and never change keep drying we leaved our own fan running 24 hour for weeks to dry out never gave discount in water or electric bill jumped double. Worst experience. End of the lease expired time Reniew for six month trying to get out as quicker as we can and back and forth in office Management not even care. Not much response and finally decide to move out with 60 days noticed. After moved out, month received Bill of ledger explain charges about Carpet and all $1652, That is so redicoulsly unfair ripping off people with no kind of respect. Property manager need more training. Never felt like home, Staff is very rude and not friendly except one maintenace Mike, He is nice always try to help but everything seems ripping off... Paid almost $40,000 Rent in 3years and on top moved out statement was completly unfair and shocking . Not happy at all and never want to suggest anyone to stay in this property. No other services or upgraded building i stayed was so cheap kitchen counter top had kind wall paper material design looks granite chipped everytime you use nothing is upgraded and rent is redicoulsly high every time you reniewed lease. so upsate and wish had more explanation with prsonaly for this charges been charged on me after moveout. Very poor Management and Staff. Never suggest anyone and wish Health could never give licence to people run properties like this.

Love the 2 dog parks, and that one is mulched and complete with agility equipment! The apartments are above average as far as sound, but I never had a problem with any loud noises from my neighbors. Very dog friendly!

My issues have been w/ management. I have lived there for a little over 2 years & they have changed management 3 times already. That's a red flag right there. Next in the past, prior to the current management, when I have had issues about my rent ledger b/c it was inaccurate (b/c they messed up in billing over 2 months & put a note on EVERYONES door stating they owe & must be paid in 1 week) due to them not properly posting rent payments & charges which causes the ledger to appear as if you paid your rent late but in all actuality, you paid it with a cashier's check prior to the 5th but on your ledger it shows you paid it around the 10th. This is an extremely BIG problem when trying to buy a house & the ledger from your apartment complex has incorrect information. The manager @ the time was extremely rude & disrespectful to the point she said to me "You don't know how to read a ledger. Its debts & credits.(By the way I have 2 higher education degrees & work for one of the largest Universities in the area) If a place has a property mgr that will talk to tenants like that in the office in front of visitors & staff. And you reach out to corporate to complain & they seem not to care either. WHY would you continue living & paying rent to a place that treats you this way? So much to the point when I did have any other questions or concerns I just let it go due to being afraid that I would be retaliated against. Especially when a mgr has no problem belittling you in front of others & corp does nothing WHY complain...just move out when your lease ends...just like I am. Even w/o a place to move to yet. Rather put my things in storage & stay in a hotel. My neighbor likes to let her large dog run around when she is walking him w/o a lease on, which caused me to fall in fear of being attacked by a dog.ONLY place I know that doesn't do deals for tenants who renew leases but complex raises the rent EVERY yr w/ NO ADDED benefits.Can't speak on new mgmt, no dealings w/ them yet.
