Overall I find the complex quiet which is very important to me. I like the proximity to my job and the access - though a bit limited - to some form of public transportation. The staff has been helpful as they were before I moved to the property.

They're good about notifiyinig residents when there are any changes coming about (i.e. bug spraying, inspections, etc), although I do miss seeing a comment card on my counter to assure me that someone did come to my apartment and took care of whatever they were supposed to do, whether it is a routine check or something I requested to have done. They answer any questions I have quickly and efficiently, so I can be worry-free about their reliability in assisting me.

When I have had maintenance issues, they were addressed right away. I have had roaches, but I used boric acid to kill them and they went away. I did have some issues with getting the bill right for the first few months, but it finally got straightened also. The only other issue I have had is that even though they advertised washer/dryer hookups, the closet for the washer/dryer was not big enough to hold my washer and dryer. Any new resident should check on this before signing a lease.

I love the apartment and the grounds for the most part, but I find that a lot of things, such as the ceiling in my bathroom and certain knobs, are coming apart. It's also a pain to have to walk all around the building to reach the laundry facilities, but other than that, I've enjoyed my stay here and I find the grounds especially to be pretty clean and appealing.
