I've lived here for two years and am happy to be moving. The major perk is location. It's a great central loca Read Moretion for food/work/school. Rent and pet fees go up every year with no updates. The lights in the parking lot have been out for months. I have to walk my dog at night in complete darkness which is unsafe. The "maintenance" never really fix the problem. The dishwasher has not been properly functional since I moved in and maintenance "fixed" the problem...they cleaned up the flooding. The dishwasher still doesn't work. The new management is horrible. They recently started harrasing people with dogs threatening that some breeds are now restricted and must leave the property. Although some dogs have lived here for years and are written on the lease as allowed to own. The dog park is also never kept up with feces and broken equipment. One staff member who no longer works here use to harass my dog on a golf cart and now my dog hates golf carts. The neighborhood is pretty friendly. The trail and "workout stations" are also really nice. The new management now only gives a day notice of inspections or when they will pop into your apartment which is EXTREMELY inconvenient. The apartments also ALWAYS have cockroach problems which is embarrassing and unsanitary. The walls are also thin and I've heard full conversations usually it doesn't bother me too much. Lastly, the vents are connected and I've often come home to my apartment smelling like food, cigarettes or weed and I don't smoke so it's unpleasant.
