Just moved in about 2 months ago and I love my apartment. There have been some projects to the outside areas of the building which I love because it make my home look even nicer and the windows are much more efficient and look great. The people at the office have been very friendly and the location here is so convenient to both Cary and Raleigh - which I live to eat and find fun things to do in both areas.

This is a great locationa nd very spacious apartment. My fur baby and I feel right at home and close to everything we like to so.

I understand that prices change due to the market, but if a couple 1 bedroom apartments are listed at around $900, and on the same day I email the front office only to receive a reply of a $1600 1 bedroom availability.... yeahh, can you understand the frustration. Either the front office should get a clue or the rent website should change their pricing updating algorithm. Extremely disappointed in the lack of awareness.
