The Ashborough

Just moved in about 2 months ago and I love my apartment. There have been some projects to the outside areas of the building which I love because it make my home look even nicer and the windows are much more efficient and look great. The people at the office have been very friendly and the location here is so convenient to both Cary and Raleigh - which I live to eat and find fun things to do in both areas.

This is a great locationa nd very spacious apartment. My fur baby and I feel right at home and close to everything we like to so.

I understand that prices change due to the market, but if a couple 1 bedroom apartments are listed at around $900, and on the same day I email the front office only to receive a reply of a $1600 1 bedroom availability.... yeahh, can you understand the frustration. Either the front office should get a clue or the rent website should change their pricing updating algorithm. Extremely disappointed in the lack of awareness.

Lisa is THE BEST!! She’s very helpful , she’s polite and very professional! She was very helpful in the process of me moving in and stays interactive and supportive to this day! Give her a RAISE lol

I really love my apartment at the Ashborough! I'm a longtime resident here and have always found the staff to be friendly, courteous, welcoming, and professional. They are knowledgeable and always approachable, no matter whether I have a question or just stop by to say "hi". The response time for maintenance requests is prompt, which is a plus for me. Everyone has a great work ethic, which is rare these days. They really do care about the quality of their work. Of course the property is peaceful and gorgeous with lots of trees and greenery. It is a safe haven that is well-kept and well managed, yet it's close to all of the activities in the Triangle area. It's a great place to live, you should check it out!

I have lived here from July 2021 to recently moving in 2024. I can say this was the best experience yet being this was my very first apartment! I was so sad to leave! I loved living here! The maintenance men are so nice and very attentive. They always wave and speak and have such positive attitudes every single day! If I needed to change a air filter or anything else they would knock on my door within 24 hours or less! The apartments come with a Washer and Dryer included nothing to pay with this which is what really excited me to move here! It's in a very safe neighborhood as well, nothing sketchy about here I worked from home and would watch for certain things and NEVER felt unsafe living here! You could leave your doors unlocked and be fine here! I loved always speaking with Madeline she was such a professional at her job and checking in on ANY ISSUES! They always have treats on holidays FYI :)

If anyone is looking to rent an apartment near Raleigh, definitely check out the Ashborough. They are in a great location, have great amenities, and the staff is incredible. Be sure to ask for Olivia when you stop by. She was extremely informative, patient, and even managed to make the process enjoyable! 10/10
