Lived at Canterbury Woods for 2 years and some change. Loved the community. Quiet. Huge townhome for the cost. Centrally located. Excellent management and maintenance team. I never had an issue living here. If I could have afforded to stay I totally would have.

I really want to give a high rating, because there are some things to like. It's a good location, the price is pretty good for the size and location of the apartment, but the price is good because the apartments are so old have issues. Drucker and Faulk management is very professional, maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. However, there have been so many issues -- with maintenance, loud/interruptive/destructive neighbors, flooding from upstairs neighbors, flooding from outside when it rains, mold, shoddy repairs (sometimes), neighbors smoking in their apartment and the smell leaking into our apartment -- that I cannot possibly give anything better than a 3/5.

My neighbors children are noisy and we have residents that walk their dogs off leash, and don't pick-up after their dogs.

I''??ve been here over three years and when there were any problems or something needed to be ffxed, was done quickly and efficiently. The complex is close to shopping, restaurants etc. The staff is friendly and helpful.
