    Very professional staff and the buildings and common areas are always clean. The environment is quiet and I have not had any problems since I moved in. The staff keeps residents updated with emails on anything that residents need to know. I would highly recommend Cape Harbor if you want a nice, professional environment to live in that has an excellent staff willing to help in any way they can. The residents take pride in how the neighbor is maintained.

    Cape harbor is a safe place to live and well maintained by staff. The staff is extremely helpful in anything thAt you need. The staff bend over backwards to make sure you can have a place to live. You be honest with them and they will help you to be able to live and they will give you a second chance if they know that you try. I love all the staff. Mrs. Taylor is my heart though she try to help in anyway possible and give you hope when everything seem to go wrong. I personally very grateful to cape harbor. I refuse to live anywhere else I will be at cape Harbor until I live Wilmington for good. I love cape harbor a good place to live no where like it.

    There is absolutely no communication to the residents. The other day they repainted the speed bumps and both entrances were closed when I was trying to get home. I had to drive around Ogden park in order to wait to get home. After a long day, that is not what I want to come home too. Please just communicate with the residents.

    The grounds and landscaping are very poorly maintained. The package pickup system is problematic - I have had packages sit in the office for months without anybody letting me know. I have had to put in maintenance requests several times before issues are taken care of. Contractors working on the apartments below ours left doors and windows wide open for days on end, which is a security concern. Our porch was "power washed" but is still covered in mold. Breezeways are never cleaned or maintained.

    Any maintenance issues are always handled promptly incorrectly the first time. The office staff is always professional, kind, and thorough when helping answer my questions, the location is convenient to many shopping locations, and the community is friendly.

    Lived here for years and ever since the new management took over I havent been happy with how things are being handled. More inspections and people entering apartments without set dates they tell you 3-5 days, everyone answers the questions with uncertain answers because they dont even know whats going on, changing how we pay rent by making us drive to a separate company or paying online which I've done for years but now they changed it to where only one person can pay so for people who have roommates it makes it more difficult. Im a lease holder because they dont do residents under 18 but im treated as a roommate and have no payment history from them now since they changed everything. They also try to make moving out impossible by not letting other places know your rental history until you have broken lease with them and moved out making approval in another place more difficult. I love the apartments themselves and the maintenance team but other than that, i cant wait to leave.
