Clear run has a very accommodating and friendly staff. The price is very reasonable compared to other similar apartments in town. The location of the complex is ideal. It is within a mile or two of everything you would need.

I feel clear run apartments were an excellent choice for me and my family due to its extremely convenient location to my husbands work, our child's school, and all the essential stores within minutes of us!!! I also feel that it is located within a great area of Wilmington!!!

I love Clear Run!! The staff is extremely kind and helpful-- they know both me and my roommate by name and I am always greeted warmly when I go to the information office. The location is perfect for a college student (or anyone else, as we have a large shopping center within walking distance), the apartments are very spacious and clean, and the neighborhood in general is friendly. I would absolutely recommend Clear Run to anyone looking for an affordable apartment that won't make you compromise on anything you want for your home.

Quiet community. Very helpful staff. Not the best phone reception inside apartment. Washer & dryer hookup would make this place a little better. Already paying $1100 without thinking it was a better deal than my last place when ultimately I'm spending more unfortunately. Only downside

The office staff are always responsive, polite, cheerful, and helpful. My encounters with them have always been pleasant. They respond almost immediately to any requests of concerns and always find a solution to any problem. I am grateful for their continued excellent customer service and friendliness.

Affordable, great location, great faculty and gym/laundry facilities. Being a student and working full-time, I am always busy. Having the offices and a gym on site, makes it so convenient. I love being walking distance from school and also right around the corner to shops. The staff here has been wonderful with accommodating to my needs, helping me move into a one bedroom after my roommate randomly left was so kind. I recommend Clear Run to all of my friends!

Maintenance team is the strength of this complex who has a great response time. Management needs to have a better handle on what is really going on with the consistent and visual activities that break the rules on the grounds of this complex.
