We moved in at the end of February of 2018. We live on the second floor in a two bedroom with the sunroom (1250 sq ft) We never hear our neighbors noise wise. Speaking of neighbors though, they are so friendly. Ive lived in a house previously and the transition to the apartment has been seamless. The apartments are very spacious including huge walk in closets in both bedrooms. I love the huge garden tub too. We dealt with Nicole and she has been exceptional throughout the whole process. She knows her stuff, always has a smile on her face and was never pushy. The entire office staff is amazing too! The amenities are great and by far the best pricing around. We have two dogs and Cypress Pond is very pet friendly. They have places to walk your dogs and also a dog park! Ive never felt more at home than I do now!

I have lived in several different apartment complexes in the past ten years, all of which become increasingly frustrating to be a resident of after about 8 months. Cypress Pond is the only exception to that and the only place I have ever renewed a lease. It's safe, clean and has a great atmosphere. They respond to any maintenance requests very promptly and the maintenance team is always friendly. The complex staff is also incredibly nice, and all in all I've enjoyed my time here.

We love this place! The Cypress Pond team themselves are very helpful. The apartments are the nicest we've seen around here. Big walk in closets and high ceilings give us a lot of space. The Garden tub in the Master! Great! Granite in the bathrooms and kitchen. The pool, gym and grounds are lovely!

I really enjoy living at Cypress Pond. The apartment is pretty and comfortable. We are close to everything! I also love the we have so many community events. Including once a month breakfast, holiday parties, and craft activities.
