KATHRYN AND HER STAFF MADE MY CHILDREN AND I FEEL VERY WELCOMED FROM DAY ONE. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND VERY COURTIOUS TOWRDS US. MY CHIDREN AND I JUST MOVED HERE AND TO FIND SUCH A WARM WELCOMING FROM KATHRYN AND HER STAFF IT HAS TRULY MADE US FEEL AT HOME. EVEN A MONTH LATER SHE STILL GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE US FEEL COMFORTABLE AND SAFE. WE ARE TRULY GREATFUL FOR THEIR SERVICES AND PROMPTNESS TO HAVE GENUINELY MADE THE EFFORT TO FIND US THE PERFECT FLOOR PLAN FOR OUR NEEDS. GIVE THEM A CALL AND WELCOME YOURSELVES AT HOME.

IF I could give this place ZERO STARS I would! I am not one to complain, but dont let the rebrand of Oasis At Twinwood fool you this is formally Wilshire Landing which is known as the worst apartment complex near campus among students since the management change. I have lived here for almost two years and there have been three different management companies. Boy did I think the last management was terrible until this one took over. First Community Properties is awful. They do not know how to properly handle business in a timely manner. I tried to get released from my lease due to health concerns as there is quite literally mold and mildew in my living room. Management claims it is not a concern because they visually looked at it, they did not even do mold testing. Mind, it took four months and me threatening to break my lease to get them to even consider fixing it. You cant even get ahold of the office, if you need something you have to call one of the ladies over at the sister location. Do not even tour here it is not worth your while! Poor management has ruined this place.
