Leasing office staff does not care about tenants. Maintenance does not take care of things in a timely manner. Roaches, water leaks, and mold are what you are going to have to put up with if you move in here. I am highly disappointed in the level of unprofessionalism that this apartment complex has to offer. I would not and actively don't tell people to move in here.

Overall, I would say that living at Alder Ridge is a positive experience. Our little community is clean, friendly and safe. Residents of all ages seem to get along well; maintenance and repair issues are resolved quickly; and staff are all pleasant and professional.

The staff are real people who do their jobs in a timely and efficient manner. When normal or abnormal problems arise they inform us and correct it in a timely manner. The ladies in the office and the groundsmen all are constantly providing great professional service. I'm happy knowing that my family has a safe, clean, well manicured place to live at an affordable price.

I have been a resident at Alder Ridge for over 6 years and during that time there have been lots of positive improvements. I am not one to dish out excellent ratings very often because I feel that there is always room for improvement however I love where I live. I think that the playground and picnic shelter was a much needed improvement that the whole complex could benefit from. The office staff and Maintenance are always friendly and always helpful. My only complaint is limited parking.

i think you have excellent staff I been here I believe 4 years and they know me as the lady takes her shoes off at the door :) Anytime things come up the staff has always been understanding, and carring and I treasury that. Hard to find good caring people, and try to make the area beautiful as if it were their own home

I am happy with the apartment, I just wish my downstairs neighbors didn't smoke. My apartment almost constantly smells of cigarette smoke.

When i moved here they never told me the apartment was filed with roaches, i have Bern paying crazy money to try and get rid of them. Every time someone moves in they start coming again.

My apartment smells like cigarette smoke and I'm not a smoker I don't know if it's the ventelation system or just from the maintenance team that renovated the apartment or the tenant before me but I hate the smell and I can't get rid of it. It would also be nice to have a fitness center and the price for the space is way over value. I've visited many other properties that have bigger apartments for cheaper.

i think Alder Ridge is a great place to live. It is close to evrything that you need. Such as work,mall,drug stores, etc. If i ever need anything the people in the office takes care of the problem. They have a very friendly outgoing personality. If i need anything fixed the maintance people are there. All in all its a great place to live.

There is an issue of residents that leave their garbage on the breezeway for days as well as tenants drying laundry on the railing. This is reported to management, but it does not seem to be addressed.

Since moving in we have had to call the office multiple times over maintenance problems, plus bug issues since we got here. You can change how it looks but if the work isn't done properly then the exterior is just a fake. Not to mention the neighbors aren't loud but the walls are so thin you can hear everything. Plus when people walk up the stairs it shakes the whole building! Overall I will live out my lease but will not be renewing it.
