    I would not recommend this property to anyone. The staff was polite until I signed, then have been nothing but rude and difficult since. They try to nickle-and-dime you every step of the way. I've had to submit multiple work requests for various things in the apartment, and they are never properly fixed. I don't trust the neighborhood, and things are very run down. Avoid at all costs.
