My wife and I have lived here for four years and would not recommend moving here. Great location but very shady people to deal with. We have gone 5 months without heat\AC and live an uncomfortable life now. We even tried to move but they wouldn't let us out of our lease and we couldn't afford to pay it off in full. Not real sure about laws or civil court but paying to live in this condition and not having a way out is pretty rough on our happiness. We sleep with our one window open to try and regulate the humidity but it's not working. They say we are waiting for a part but I guessing they can't wait on there rent? Save your money time and frustration. These people don't care about you or their property. Just money!

I did this project for school and I had to find a place to rent (but not literally) and this place is awesome. when I get into collage I will totally look into this place. Really nice place did a lot of research on this place. Wish I could actually live here except for my mom and dad's house. ( I'm 13)
