Two major rent increases, plus separated water bill, plus a new pet rent has driven my rent up almost $300 a month for a woefully outdated home not worth what a corporately owned community deems market value. Repairs done on a pool during the week it should have opened instead of before, inconvenient repairs to entryways that were obviously completed taking shortcuts and zero quality assurance measures. Hey, at least they replaced low expense evergreens with seasonal perennials that cost more.

We have lived here almost five years. The reason for only average rating is because of the landscaping issues and the quality of occupancy seems to be less important than the quantity of occupancy. Also, having to pay for water/sewer, trash pick up and pest control as well as increasing rent, seems to be price gouging and very unfair to residents,

Lived there for the shortest lease they would give me due to my job and I loved every moment of it. Very spacious rooms and cleans all at a great price. Wish that it came with washer and dryer but that is the only complaint.

I've had some minor challenges with positioning of the electrical outlets and positioning of sink knobs but nothing major. The shower head squeaks at times ( I never reported it ) but the administration has been great and I have had no major issues. Any concerns have been promoptly addressed. It's a nice clean, quiet community. I do wish there was a playground but the nearby parks are nice.

Since this complex has been under new management the property has under gone very positive change. It is looking better, management has really been helpful in addressing any concerns. Management is more friendly.
