      The positive thing about renting is that the landlord is supposed to not only fix breaks but to fix them so that it doesnt happen again! Thanks for fixing the crack Im sure bugs and water wont get in there again three times a charm of replacing my personal property. Ghetto 1,200 a month but cant afford to seal up this crack common sense water is going to get in there. And bugs Went from a big crack to a regular crack oh just wait until it happens again you got a warranty No when the guys came to fix it they told me that it would have to be filled up but now the company and Sherwood is refusing to fix it. Always half done around here. Ill fix it myself. Even tho the owner is a millionaire! Even the maintenance man that was here today said it should be sealed up! Wonder if I was white would I be going threw this! Make sure yall post this in your photo shoot! Even the maintenance man both of them said it should be sealed up Im getting my entire family to write review about the half done work here at Sherwood. Have to wait for it to happen a third time to get it done right! After living here for 8 years you would think they would fix this problem for me. Cant wait to ruin my stuff a third time! No wonder my house is infested with wood roaches and spiders thanks had to buy it myself. Pictures are posted on google

      I highly recommend Sherwood Station, outstanding management team!! Surroundings are always clean, staff is friendly and spacious housing!! My family and I have enjoyed our time here!

      miss Rosa been here 3 years and absolutely love it here and it is safe and quiet and we had a Christmas party and the food was fantastic thumbs up to the office staff of Sherwood station merry Christmas and happy new year 2019.

      I absolutely love staying here! I couldnt think of a better place to call home. Me and my family have been staying here for years and We dont plan on moving. I love that the staff care about their residents and will go over and beyond to make sure that every residents needs are met. I personally adore Jenifer she is everything I want in a apartment manager. She is very honest and will make sure you are happy no matter what!

      Jennifer and Ashlee in the office are professional, kind and so welcoming. The house was clean as a whistle. The little care package was so sweet and it immediately felt like being hone in a beautiful little village. All the staff are coyrteoys and everything is clean and a great standard. Love it.
