Falcon & Mallard Heights Apartments

Cyndy is about as useless as they come. 5 months of non stop complaining with videos of my apartment shaking do the the upstairs tenant and nothing was done about it. Constant lies about how they would be moved to a different floor, how they were going to be evicted, then the bright idea that they would move me to a different unit but not compensate me for it. Then they were moving out then they were buying a house. At least 20 plus complaints over about a 5 month period and nothing was done. All I kept getting was call the cops. The cops don't have the authority to evict someone. Oh and then come to find out when I moved out the tenant upstairs was her sons good friend. That makes perfect sense. Oh wait then charge me $150 because, get this, THE POWER IN THE BATHROOM DIDN'T WORK. OK because I lived there for as long as I did with no power. All the places are the same in Dickinson. They will find a way to get some money from you somehow.

I requested information on 2 different apartments and I never received a call back or an email. Very disappointed.
