The facility is nice, we love the apartment itself. Working with maintenance has been nothing short of horrible. We put in a call, but it's an outsourced site, and they put a ticket in, and the ticket waits 3-5 months before it even gets to the local office. We went in to the local office, they never know what ticket we are talking about, and they never know what maintenance request we had submitted. Then we continue to come into the office until our maintenance is completed, which is anywhere from 5 months plus. We asked if we could coordinate ourselves with maintenance, and the office manager scoffs at us, outright refusing. There has got to be a better way. We had a fridge door without a handle for weeks and weeks (broken from general wear and tear), we even started just buying our own replacements in frustration.
