Living Space is good at a fair price if updated, as being a city employee and a rental property owner myself in MSP area. Maintenance is lacking. Hole in the wall from prior to move in last year still not fixed. Door locks not fixed. I have engineering folks telling me to request an inspection as the property probably will not pass, needs updates. Insulation is a big issue in all of our units in our building. We are looking to move out prior to another winter.

Facility is always clean and quiet. Work out room and Community room are conducive for use.

After moving out and completing the required paperwork my deposit was not refunded and no explanation was given. They kept saying the check was in the mail. I had pictures to prove everything.
