Goldmark isnt as bad as people make them out to be. Ive never had any problem with goldmark management and they are always willing to help me out with anything. I have had problems with my neighbors in the past and whenever I do I always communicate with the office and they solve the problem quickly. I keep in contact with the office just about anything regarding whats going on around the building and theyre great at taking my complaints all the time. Thanks everyone!

This apartment is within walking distance to downtown Fargo and I am in a newly renovated unit so it is great!

The Kingswood apartments are in a perfect location for college students and are available for very affordable prices! I would highly recommend!

Kingswood is the perfect apartment for working students like myself and my roommates. It's a ten-minute walk to campus and has a very affordable rate. Additionally, the staff works hard to make us as comfortable as possible, promptly responding to any questions or concerns we may have.
