Maplewood bend has some really nice office workers however them being nice doesn't change how bad the apartment could be. Be careful when choosing where your going to live. I personally do not believe that paying $660 for our 2 bedroom apartment plus Utilities is fair. The rooms are smalls, the walls have yellow stains with the changes of weather, the nabors are not nice, fire alarms will go off in the main building often, this part of the community is not a safe spot for families with young children. If I could afford to move right now, I would. However please note that this review is based on dates from November 2021 to August 2023. The apartment complex may chance and get better over time. Don't take anyone's word for it, make sure to always check out the units and judge for yourself. If you choose to live here, make sure to go through your apartment and make a list of every little thing that could be wrong so that it doesn't look bad on you when you move. They do not look very hard when checking the unit. That's how most apartments get away with taking your deposit. Good luck on your journey to finding your new home.

It is convenient to other places. Family orientated neighborhood. Trees and walking area. You can hear the sounds of nature when it is quite out.
