    This place is a cesspool that rents for $970 a month - They allow for poorly managed animal shelters to operate in this trailer park; making it smell like cat urine at all times of the day year round (smells more like an operational meth lab). Not to mention the countless public areas that have 2"-4" of standing water year round (Great mosquito breeding area) #Ohiohealthdepartment

    Honestly the park is a joke. They try to act like it's the best place to live, so well kept, etc. What that really means is high lot rent and being written up for every single little defect not just on your trailer but your: shed, deck, porch, plants, grass height, etc. If you own you can forget about fixing up your place, you'd better ask the crowns permission first and make sure your paint color selections and plans are up to par with thine majesty. They will come force mow your lot on the due date they give you and you can expect this to run you $50+ once sometimes twice a week if you fail to mow every other day. I hope you can afford a $100-$250+ water bill on top of your lot rent and $200+ for landscaping fees. They will shut off the water without warning. Do NOT fall for their "handyman specials" they'll hand you a trailer that cant be lived in without $3000+ in repairs and that's just plumbing! You'd likely spend $5000+ just to make it livable and $7000+ to make it aestheticly pleasing to their liking.

    They say they are pet friendly but only allow 1 pet for a rental and 2 pets for buying. This should be stated openly before the application process.

    We just got this place, and after the 2 years of being denied and sent in circles we were going to give up but then we found this beautiful area, and we're approved right away! It's wonderful so far!

    Nice welcoming staff. Walking into the office is a comfortable feeling to have. I have been waiting for my property to be fixed and nothing has been done.
