New owners of the property are awful. Wont answer any calls and wont return any calls either. Raised my rent though!

They are not quick to respond to maintenance issues, such as a lack of hot water, peeling wallpaper, or weird buzzing noises emanating from the ceiling. There was also a flea infestation when I moved in, which I had to take care of myself. This is an affordable place to live for a year or so, until you can find something better. It just has an overall grimy look and feel, both inside and out. They do maintain the sidewalks in the winter in a timely fashion, or they did last year.
