I just moved here on October 15. Before I moved in the leasing agent Lauren was helpful and I thought this apa Read Morertments would be as good as the aprtments i lived previously in Boston. Initially I am supposed to move in by october 8 but unfortunately plans have been changed and I had to push the move in date to october 15. I contacted the leasing agent Lauren she said its okay she will hold the apartment and he made chnages to the rent as per the new move in date. She said she gave me 500$ concession fee and application fee something like that and the room rent for october cme down to 1075$ . She inisosted me to move in on october 8 as planned before and she would give me discount. Insaid thats fine but i will move in on october 15 only. After i moved in i noticed my aprtments floors were dirty, overn racks were rusty, dishwasher was dirty with previous water and debris in it, dryer lint filter was not replcaed, there is no smoking alarm in the kitchen and carbon monoxide alarm in the apartment, garbage disposal is not working. Without all these cleaned they insiisted me move in. After moved in i moticed all this and I let the leasing agent matt knew about it. He said he will take care of that in 2 busines days. But these were not fixed till 10 days. It is the leasing manager responsibility to check all the iissues and fix them before she let the mew tenant move in to apartment . It is not new tenant repsonbility to open the maintennce order after they move in. I dont kbow how theyb4 star rating.. which made me to come and stuck with these people. Now they sent me November room rent where they made the room rent came up to 2717$ which is unbelievable. They included 962$ forward balance no idea where did this came from, 500$ november concession fees, trash and maintennce 30$ roomrent 1215. All together 2717$.. omg .. this is pure rip off.....

We apologize that your move in experience was not perfect, we understand the furstration with moving even when things are perfect let alone if there are any issues. We have completed the Service Request and were able to show/explain to you how to find the lint trap and take care of other items.
