Former Aqua Marine Resort Style Living Resident
Poorly planned town homes. No closet space until Master bedroom.Kitchen has very limited cupboards.No broom cl Read Moreoset at all. The bigger the Town home the smaller the laundry.The stairs to the second floor are so steep and the railing is non existent. The shower in the Master is so narrow and the doors pop off track when you bump the door..Attached Garage was nice, porch very small and depending on which way you faced lighting from windows was not great. The amenities: The Pool is a good size but never ready the first weekend. Then never kept up when things break down. The last 3 weeks of the summer the heater didn't filter and heat so the water became progressively colder and cloudy. The hot tub works maybe 2 full weeks of the summer. The pool "monitors " are useless half the time- One would be good and one would do nothing. No breaks were ever called so adult swimming was out of the question. The other grandparents around thought they couldn't rest their grand kids- there fore crying, irritable, tired kids by 3pm.. The help in the bar area had family swimming almost every weekend. These facilities cost way too much to have people swimming and using the grills when they didn't pay rent(and taking up the tables for their families). Rent was a whole other subject- Wash the windows, trim the lawn weed the gardens and keep the place looking great; then charge the rent they do!

We appreciate your feedback.This year we had issues w/our spa/pool heater system. The pool will be handled differently in 2018, as we will manage the pool in house as opposed to hiring an outside contractor, who was responsible for repairs/staffing monitors. As for the reference to our bar staff utilizing the facilities, they are resident here at the Aqua entitled to utilize the facilities.

We love the workout room, the business office, the bar and everyone at the clubhouse! Hot tub with the pool is Read More a plus. The attached garage is one of the many reasons we chose Aqua Marine. We enjoyed sitting on our patio.
