    There has been no empathy or care or even good communication when it comes to follow up about problems, issues or concerns with apartment. I have to call them to find anything out. The issues are finally fixed but we are just expected to wait until they got to them. We feel like we are just a number and unimportant!

    For the price of rent I'm shocked there is not a microwave. It is amazing that there is not better sound proofing between the apartments and that some of the building is shoddy -- I have uneven floors, crooked toilets, the threshold of a door that's higher than the floor on either side. It would be really fantastic to have a water softener also because the water is so hard -- leaves a residue on virtually everything.

    Extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, respectful and accommodating staff. I enjoy the 9 foot ceilings, large bathrooms, walk in closets, and open kitchen.

    Very happy with the facilities. Not so happy with some of the policies, in particular, the handling of residents' packages by the management office.

    First, putting a high-end apartment complex next to the freeway; the noise from truck traffic at all hours is relentless. Second, trying to get out of this apartment complex in the mornings with the air base traffic is a nightmare! And finally, this place is just too expensive! This will be my last year here, as I can't afford the rent anymore.

    The apartment design is nice with many modern touches, though construction quality could be better. Recently the community switched to a new water and trash billing service, and while my bills started out at a very low rate ($18/month), they have recently skyrocketed in the summer months to $105 one month and $72 this month. I am not sure why; all bills indicated actual, not estimated, meter readings, and my water usage hasn't changed. Maintenance issues are usually resolved same day.
