It smells here. There was blood and urine found in the stairwell and I called to have it cleaned up but no one did anything about it. I can't wait until my lease is up!

Rockside Towers was a good fit for my family. They have a beautiful and warm indoor pool that is staffed regularly with a lifeguard. The staff is friendly and attentive. They work hard to keep the grounds well kept and they are always cleaning or repairing things. The laundry rooms are always clean and neat. The apartments are well maintained for the most part. They are older buildings so they have wear and tear but being old has advantages because you can not hear your neighbors much.

When it was time for us to get new carpet we did get the carpet but it was poorly put in and it was not of any quality and if we have to live with the carpet we should be able to pick it
