Love the office staff ,kind helpful, and engaging,especially Me D Booker.!!

I wish I didn't have to put a star for this stupid apartment. Staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. Oh the Manger isn't very friendly either. I wanted a 2 room at the end of my lease wanting to change from a one room notice I said the lease has ended the lady said they don't do transfers I would have to stay in the suite I am or look somewhere else.

The apartment was average. Am amenities were limited. Our bikes were stolen and the staff didn't really do anything.

Im comfortable living at southgate towers, its quiet and pet friendly. When i need something fixed their on time to fix it!

Property management is always there when you have a problem. Maintenance is done promptly. I chose the good rating vs. excellent because the elevators have been an issue for a while. However, they are being replaced and the property is also undergoing a change. From carpets, to paint, to landscaping it is looking much better than when I first moved in. If I do move out, it would only be because they do not have 3 bedroom apartments.

They are clean, the staff is very pleasant and for the most part you don't get the drama

I don't want to give them 1 star. DON'T DO IT. AND ALWAYS GET YOUR MONEY ORDER FROM YOUR BANK. TRUST ME

Awful management and terrible apartments. Couldn’t even get a hold on main management with problems with the apartments as a whole.

Literally the worst place to live. Do yourself a favor and just find another place with reviews above 3.5 minimum. The reviews say it all. I am counting the days until I am release from this chain of a lease . Management will literally make your home into hell. I brainstorm ways to never ever speak to them . Never go in the office unless I have to load my laundry card and I load it with as much money as possible when I do. Imagine having to avoid management where you live because of their horribleee demeanor. Counting the days until I am released from prison .

During the pandemic they are refusing to work with residents who have lost there jobs due to the virus.

I've had a number of problems here. The girls in the office to me play a little to much and dont really pay attention I called last week because I lost my keys. There was a sign posted in my building saying someone took them to the front office I called and they told me the keys wasn't there called again and they said the samething. I decided to call again today before getting another key made and they said it was up there. They have been there the whole time smh

I live here and love it been here since November no problem if I do they b dead omit they have cameras and I feel safe
