I have lived here for 6 years, and apartment is due, well overdue for upgrades. I've been told every year that I could get something every year I've renewed my lease, with no follow through on it. I was told they only update an apartment when someone moves out? What would make anyone want to stay here if nothing is ever new or updated?

The apartments are over priced. They're in badly need of updating. The hard water is the worst I've ever seen. They refuse to fix the air conditioner properly. It will freeze up if ran while it's chilly out, then if your hot you just have to suffer. It does not distribute heat evenly. It's cold downstairs and hot upstairs. My daughter's bike had been stolen twice and we've had money stolen out of the car.
