Of all of the apartments that I've lived in Stone Ridge Circle was the most pleasant. The staff is very profes Read Moresional. The grounds are kept very clean and groomed. Maintenance was always available, even to check in on my stove when I wasn't sure that I'd turned it off.
I absolutely love Stone Ridge Circle. I would live there again if I lived in Cleveland, Oho.

The exterior of the buildings is beautiul. The interior for the amount of rent paid a month seems average. The Read More winter maintenance (ploweing, shoveling,etc) was very poor this winter. Since there is an additoinal maintenance fee, I was expecting there to be clean walk ways and parking lot but that was not the case.

The ac in many apartments is inadaquate. My ac on full blast cannot keep the temperature stable at 72 degrees Read More in the summer. It can get up to 90 degrees in the west facing bedroom or kitchen. This is unacceptable considering how much the electricity already costs to run the ac. The front gate is frequently not working.

Typical noise issues common with shared walls and parking lot (loitering at night and on weekends, management Read Moredid address). Upkeep of property declined slightly when new owner took over. Most maintenance issues addressed quickly with exception of water damage to walls after storm and carpet issues (poor quality and installation). You will be penalized for carpet issues when vacating, even with meticulous care of unit. Adjacent neighborhood less than ideal.
