    The apartment is nice and clean. The landlady was very helpful even though I applied and set everything up long distance.

    Both management and maintenance were always quick to respond to any issues or questions I had. Th facilities functioned well. The living space itself (a studio apartment) was a nice size and the fact that it came with storage shelves and cabinets in the main living area as well as the kitchen was great!

    i needed an apartment for my son for his last year at BG,even though it was last minute,Teresa the property manager was able to find a unit for him,made the move easy. through out his stay as the unit needed some stuff to get fixed,she was able to get the maintenance dept on it right away.as a parent and a businessman i couldn't have asked for anything more.thank you teresa and your team.

    I enjoyed my time living at Ivywood. My landlord Teresa was very helpful, upfront, and fair. She worked with me on any issues I had and went above and beyond to make sure all I had to worry about was paying my rent on time. I would highly recommend this community. It is a real gem in the middle of Bowling Green that has lots of patio space, friendly people, and a very cool maintenance guy named Ronnie who will solve any of your repair needs quickly and effectively. Overall a great place to live.

    Lease Terms: 6, 9 and 12 months leases available. Security Deposit: $250 (some restrictions apply).
    Pet Policy: Dogs, cats, birds and fish are permitted. Other caged animals, or animals perceived or classified as being exotic or dangerous are prohibited. Dogs must not exceed 40 lbs. (full grown). Proof of renter's insurance required for fish tanks measuring 10 gallons or more. Tenants are encouraged to have their cats de-clawed (front claws). Tenants will be responsible for any and all damages caused by their pets. A $250 non-refundable pet fee is required per apartment unit, with a $30 monthly per pet rent. Monthly fees may vary based on the types of pets and number of pets pet unit. Call for breed restrictions. Must sign pet agreement.
