We have lived here for 4 years. There are a number of issues with this complex. 1) A week after we moved in t Read Morehere were wires sticking out of the front of our unit. My husband went to push them in so the kids wouldn't touch them. They were live and he got zapped. They came and taped the ends of the wires and said they would come back with a box to cover them. That was 4 years ago and they are still just taped. 2) Our dishwasher hasn't worked correctly since we moved in. It is a water pressure issue. The dishwasher never fills with enough water so nothing gets clean. 3) Our dining room light exploded (twice). The 1st time my husband was able to get the remaining bulb out, the 2nd time it was melted inside. It took 45 days to get that fixed. The wiring hasn't been fixed, we just got a new fixture. 4) Today. I have had enough. It is 90+ degrees and the air went out. I understand these things happen and someone needs to be called to repair it, they were notified on Thursday. Friday they sent the complex maintenance who cleaned out some leaves stuck inside. They never came back to see if that fixed the problem. We called the office 5 times and even went inside on Friday to let them know it still didn't work, only to be told since their handy work didn't fix it we have to wait until Monday or Tuesday now to have it fixed. It is going to be 90+ until next Thursday and has been 88 degrees in our unit during the day. The windows on the main floor do not open, they are made that way. The windows upstairs (where all the bedrooms are and is even hotter) slide open sideways. We can't even put a window unit in. For nearly $1000 a month I would expect the amenities I opted to pay for would work and/or be repaired. If I didn't want a dishwasher or air I could have moved somewhere else far cheaper. The rent goes up every year yet nothing in your unit gets updated and it is a fight to get things fixed. They have 1 maintenance person who takes care of multiple complexes.

In 2 years living here i went from 519.00 to 550.00. We do not all pay the same rent. I did question the incr Read Moreease and was told they are still under the average cost in area. i did research and discovered that the square footage is also 150 to 200 less than the average size. I do like it here but the increases are alittle upsetting.

The apartment wasn't as clean as it should have been especially the kitchen. The laundry room was not always i Read Moren service and it took awhile to get it running again. I did enjoy living there though. I would probably still be there if my husband had not passed away.
