The Villas of Fox Hollow

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about how the management of Villas of Fox Hollow is managed. We have always had complete and thorough information given to us and cooperation has always been over the top.

Great apt. manager: Instead of an apt complex it feels like a neighborhood: Social things to do such as movie night, different games and functions at the clubhouse. Renters feel like its a home-they plant their own flowers, talk to each other on the street.

I would look elsewhere for your housing needs. The walls are paper thin, I could literally here my next door neighbor singing in his garage every morning on his treadmill and then blasting his surround system until the early hours of the morning. This place is expensive and not worth the massive price hikes that have occurred in the past year. You could take out a mortgage on a descent sized house with the amount of money you are paying for this place, keep that in mind. The actual apartment is okay at best (rather outdated and the ants/flys are horrible in the summer months). Get ready for some of the worst management in existence though; condescending, rude, and unhelpful are a few words that come to mind when I was a resident. An issue came up with a discrepancy in a garage door opener being missing on move out, they charged me $50 for it yet we turned in both, Im guessing someone came into the apartment and misplaced one of them without the property manager knowing it. I really dont care about the $50 but the principle of not returning my call for almost a week rubbed me the wrong way. I dont believe anything the property manager says at this point since I had been waiting for her to return my phone call for nearly a week regarding the above issue (I ended up having to call again just to get her to call me back). Furthermore, the property manager didnt have any idea we had even moved out until a day later when she texted me saying that she was going to start charging us for moving out, I texted her back telling her we had already moved out and the leasing office was made aware the prior day. There is zero communication between the leasing office and the property manager.

A beautiful community. Where neighbors and staff are friendly. Grounds are always clean surrounded by well manicured greenery.

The manager Shannon and even the assistants always are so friendly. They treat everyone like a close friend and family. They hold so many heat community activities. Plus the property itself is so nice, quiet, and relaxing! Living at The Villas of Fox Hollow feels like home - a very safe place to be.

Nice area, convenient location, apartments are quiet and well maintained.
