new owners and property manage for almost a year. in that year we have seen some great things happen at whetstone manor. they are fixing up aprtments and making them look great. the property manager amy and the maintance crew are really nice people. we are close to store, parks, uptown.

This is a decent neighborhood in a pretty peaceful area of town. The apartments are nice with good space and appliances. So far management has been responsive and helpful. The only real issue I've had so far is that most of the window screens are messed up and I don't see them being fixed any time in the near future. Other than that i have no complaints and I'd recommend these apartments for single people and small families.
