After 2 Years of enduring Dietz Property after the LC left I am glad I am finally moving. 2 months without Air Conditioning when the Property Director Alexandria White initially told me the Air was a amenity and didn't have to be supplied, a summer without grass, a maintenance man that showed up with flip flops with no socks and a gold tooth who was argumentative with me when he changed the filter as a solution to me not having air, which as I tried to tell him was not the problem. U.S. Marshals wake you up in the morning. There is a mouse in my garage. Lastly as a nice going away gift they applied my last rent payment to someone else's account and posted an eviction notice on my door. This has been the most I have ever paid for an apartment and the absolute worst experience I've ever had.

The electric bill is ridiculously out of control every month. The garbage has to stay inside your house unless you opt to pay an additional fee of $25.00. The removal of snow or ice is non-exsistent and the animal feces is occassionally not being removed by irresponsible neighbors. On a good note ,the general staff is professional,courteous and willing to meet your needs and concerns. The apartment is beautiful, but it appears to have been made in haste or by cutting corners(drafty windows).

The maintenance staff was quick to respond, and the layout of the apartment was great. I was a little disappointed with the quality of paint used (marks would be left if anything rubbed up against the paint), and the price was high for this area. I was also slightly disappointed with the amount of time it took to finally open the fitness center and pool. I did enjoy my time here but was disappointed to find out how much more expensive it would be to renew my lease.
