    Jodi and Melissa are slumlords. I was waiting until I get my deposit back to post this, but considering what snakes they are, I see them trying to cheat me out of it either way. This place does not care about you. It is filthy. Mice infestation. Roach problem. The office does not enforce cleaning up after dogs. Neighbors are wild and will throw their junk mail all around the halls and main entrance rather than throwing it away. They also leave passive aggressive notes on eachothers doors. The office will ignore you every single time. I went a whole day without water. Notified the office multiple times via voicemail and email. I'm still beefing with Jodi over the fact that they refused to acknowledge it. She's trying to gas light me "we've responded to everything you've ever sent in", but completely ignores the multiple screenshots I send her clearly proving that they ignored me in an emergency situation. 17 maintenance requests in 2 years due to the decrepit nature of the place. Dangerous place to live. Neighbors are hit or miss unhinged. I have found a live gun on the grounds, that the office later informed me belonged to someone on parole. The security cameras hanging around are purely for looks and completely fake per Jodis last email about how "we only have secure doors and offer nothing else" Coming from someone who pays her rent ahead of time and tries not to bother her neighbors, Run, do not walk, to the nearest exit.

    "This apartment is truly five-star! The location is perfect, with easy access to all the best parts of the city. The apartment itself is gorgeous, with high ceilings, modern appliances, and plenty of storage space. The management team is also fantastic, always available to help with any issues that come up. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient rental experience."

    Place is trash, owners are just cheap flippers trying to use cheap upgrades to cover years of mold and neglect.

    Hi, i am a current resident trying to save anyone whos looking into moving in here. over the past year of living here, i have came across many problems like cockroaches, mice, leaks, potholes, trash problems, black mold, and a manager who does nothing to help us. she is very inconsiderate and only cares about her paycheck. not to mention that there is a lack of maintenance men who also barely come around.
