Disclaimer: Not everyone has a bad experience here, but most do.We have lived here for a year. The experience Read Morestarted off nice with little to no issues. Unfortunately, this did not last long. Firstly, our fridge has been leaking all year, with multiple calls it has never been fixed. Then the oven almost caught the apartment on fire, due to a faulty thermometer. Which was fixed, however it took over a month. Now on to the hallway. The hallway constantly smells of mold, now not all the apartment buildings have this smell but many do. Downstairs there is a small laundry room, however the washer leaves clothing unclean and the dryer leaves them smelling burnt. Making the cost of laundry, 1.75 and 1.50, even more unrealistic. Good news, the apartments have new wiring from AT&T for cable. However, if you want Spectrum the cable wiring is outdated and will cost you $60 to re-wire. More good news, pets are allowed, yay! Unfortunately, there is a 30 pound limit, thankfully this rule is often times not enforced. Given that, if a problem does arise, the office will blame you, even if you called and let them know you do have a pet and the weight. They never log it in there system, to avoid self-blame. Given all this the surrounding area is lovely, and within walking distance of everything. However, the apartments are outdated beyond belief. Your electric bill will range from $60 to $300. We only use the air conditioning at bedtime, and our bill averages around $120........ Given all this, I would not recommend these apartments to anyone, but not everyone has the same experience.

I'm very pleased with my apartment. I was blessed to be able to move into an apartment that was newly renovate Read Mored and I was the first tenant in that apartment. I think it's really quite and the outside of the complex is decent. If I had a complaint it would be the shoveling and deicing of the snow during the winter. That made me very upset. It was impossible to walk from your car to your building without brasing yourself from falling or falling. I hope next winter is better!
