I unfortunately have not heard back after several emails and several phone calls. I would really like to see these apartments as I am very interested. I am hoping to hear back very soon.

ROCO Real Estate took over this complex in October of 2017. This complex has a major mold and termite problem that we reported in November of 2017 and still has yet to be taken care of. They have switched management twice (to my knowledge) since October. We have gone to talk to them about our issues several (5/6) times now and still, nothing is being done. Termites have started coming out of our walls twice in the past 2 weeks and both times we have talked to them within these 2 weeks, they've looked at us and said "what do you want us to do?" Maintenance came about a week ago to check out the mold and he said the wall where the mold is located is hollowed out and has major water damage (probably leading to the termite problem). He also stated that he had only been here a few weeks and already he's seen major structural damage throughout the complex as well as mold and other safety issues and potential health hazards.Steeplechase is not worth the money you pay to live here at all. Aside from the issues in our unit, upkeep of the complex is nonexistent. I'm also going to mention that if you do some digging, you'll realize most of their 5-star reviews on the facebook page are from employees of this company and people who don't even live in this state... one is even from the founder of the company, which in my opinion is completely unethical if you ask me.
