    This place is horrible. Incredibly disgusting living environment with construction daily and no regard for current residents. The construction is so loud and you can never escape it. Extremely dirty and pitiful conditions. The construction will take years to complete as they are individually renovating each apartment as current tenants leave. The crews leave the spaces dirty and don't clean up after themselves. They work weird hours and scream at each other as they are breaking down the interiors of the apartments. The hallways smell awful. The staff doesn't care about anything you say. You are throwing your money down the drain if you choose to move here. Fourth and Construction Zone is not livable and should be shut down until renovations are complete.

    I've lived at 4th & Plum for the last 10 years. I've seen more improvements in Safety and Amenities in the short time with Town Properties, than in all the years with the previous owner. Great Staff. Kudos!

    I do NOT recommend you live here. There is constantly extremely loud construction being done on every floor you will not be able to sleep past 7am. The apartments are poorly built and it is over all not worth the money.

    Moved in end of October and I love it! The move in was easy; The staff in the office answered every question and definitely went above and beyond in every way! Everyone Ive encountered there is incredibly friendly and its the perfect home for dog lovers! My big pup, River, and I love the location, pet park on the roof, and all the friendly neighbors! 100% recommend to anyone looking to live downtown!!!
