Takes a while for maintence to come fix problems. Another, is no ammenaties there is plenty of room for a pool at least

I love the style of the townhouses. Your concerns are always delt with in a timely manner. On the down side the manager is never at her office when we needed her. And you like having by our own personal space time ect I would not reccomend this place. They seem to always be in your business. But other than that I really do like this place.

The management responds to needs quickly and it was easy to fill out rental app and get moved in. The manager even came in on er day off to show my roommate the place. It is a nice quite neighborhood.

Northpark townhomes is a good place to live. Rent is affordable, townhomes have [plenty of space. Office staff is very accomadating. Good place to live except now they allow dogs and you know what comes with having dogs owners picking up waste. I moved here for that reason 6 years ago now they allow dogs. But other than that goode place to live.
