The management is soo kind enough to address any of the maintenance issues. Especially, when i requested for stepping stones in front of my apartment, without any hesitation Janet and Mary worked for that and done. It helped a lot for us especially in the rainy and snowy days. Shannon is back after one year. Ambour and Shannon is doing awesome job with full heart of help. Thank you all for providing us a happy stay.

Nice people in the staff...Janet, Mary, Amber, Shannon and all the people in OM make me feel like I was in home. My unit is very quiet and calm and they always do their best efforts to attend our needs. Thank you for all guys!!!

Not worth the price you pay. The windows are extremely drafty, and the basements are freezing. The buildings are old, and the units are in desperate need of updating. Kids run wild and leave their junk in everyone else's yards. Dogs aren't picked up after. Last summer, there were even kids running in front of cars, trying to sell things. If I wanted to deal with panhandling, I'd go somewhere I expected it. Not somewhere that is marketed as a "luxury apartment community." All together, I'm not impressed. Bugs and pests are an issue, and the buildings are dated, with mold and moss growing everywhere there is white siding.

No stars here. Our unit has been totally neglected. The ceilings in bathrooms are coming away from the walls. Horrible drywall and paint job (they just paint over crap). Wet drywall in bathroom - painted over. Lowest standard of maintenance possible...they fix everything with caulk! Appliances are filthy and need replacing. All they see is dollar signs...not taking care of residents. Garbage was piled up over the holidays.DO NOT RENT HERE! This is an awful place - aged and neglected!

Been a long time resident, over 5 years here and very happy,,,til our building turned into a dog kennel. We have 6 units in my building, only 4 are occupied, out of those 4, 2 have dogs, total of 3 uncontrollable barking and howling dogs at all hours of the day and night,, especially when the pet owners are not home, the dogs are worse. Mentioned this issue to the property manager on several occasions, the situation still exist. I was given the option to break our lease if we wanted to leave, we have 16 months left on our lease. It gives the message that pets take priority here at Olde Montgomery over good outstanding hardworking, on time paying Tennant's. So beware of living here, ask about pet and noise problems,,you could get stuck in a dog kennel like my wife and I ,, Sad but true
